Hi, I’m Hannah Tyson!

I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember and knew early on that I wanted to spend my life working with them. They bring us so much joy, and at Kota’s Kamp, I strive to give that same love and care back.

I graduated from Kent State University in May of 2024 with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, specializing in Entrepreneurship, and named my business after my German Shepherd, Dakota. Originally from Tallmadge, OH, I later lived in Stow before recently moving to Centerville, OH. I look forward to meeting and working with you and all of your beloved pets—and I can’t wait to welcome some new Kampers!

I currently work with all types of animals and have experience caring for cats, dogs, birds (including cockatiels, parakeets, ducks, geese, and turkeys), ferrets, and more — and I would absolutely love to continue adding to that list.

At home, I’m a proud pet parent to three cats and one dog, so caring for animals isn’t just my job — it’s truly my lifestyle.

Starting up this business has been the hardest yet most rewarding thing I’ve ever done, and I want to sincerely thank everyone who has supported me on this journey. Without you, Kota’s Kamp wouldn’t exist.

My ultimate goal and dream is to one day have Kota’s Kamp grow into a doggy daycare and boarding facility.
